This isn’t to say we’re perfect. To offer the prices we do and quality of mat boards we have, it’s impossible for us to manufacture every color under the sun.
We do carry some Crescent Berkshire White Core mats to add some more variety. They're the same quality—acid-free, white core, fade and bleed resistant—but slightly more expensive. Still not a ginormous selection of colors, but we like to think we offer a nice balance between price, quality, and selection.
For archival options, we carry Peterboro conservation mats (90% alpha cellulose, lignin-free, acid-free).

Free Shipping is only applicable for the word continental states (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Guam).
We take special care to make sure your order arrives in pristine condition. First, each order will be carefully stretch-wrapped to seal it off from dust and moisture.
Then your order will be placed in a reinforced box lined with rails and spacers. Bumps and bruises will be absorbed by the box and not your order.

Almost all orders are shipped out in 2 business days. Orders are generally shipped out the same business day, and almost always by the next business day.
We’ll take care of you. If your order doesn’t arrive the way it was supposed to, let us know and we’ll work on a replacement for you. Refunds are not offered as these are custom products.
Your order will be shipped the same day (usually) if the order has been placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
If, for some reason, your order can not be shipped within 2 business days, we will contact you by email immediately to inform you of your expected shipping date. If you are not satisfied with the expected shipping date, you may cancel your order with no obligation. Please allow up to 5-6 additional business days for your order to arrive at your door.
Generally, shipments to NYC take just 5 business days while shipments to Los Angeles take 1-2 business days.
